- Apply Panacea is an education and immigration consultancy providing career guidance, psychometric assessments, IELTS/PTE preparation (via white-label platforms), study abroad counseling, and visa guidance (study, tourist, and other categories).
- We provide expert time, guidance, and advisory services only. No physical product is sold or transferred.
- Any external platforms or test-prep portals used through our website are licensed third-party white-label solutions. Their content, accuracy, or copyright remains their sole responsibility.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide true, complete, and accurate information when registering, filling forms, or sharing documents.
- Any false or misleading information provided by the user may result in termination of services without refund.
- Users agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Advisory Nature of Services
- Apply Panacea provides expert guidance, training, and counseling. However, final decisions regarding admissions, visas, or results in language proficiency tests are determined solely by external authorities such as universities, immigration departments, or testing bodies.
- Our role is to assist, guide, and prepare you to the best of our ability, but outcomes are not within our direct control.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
- All content, branding, and materials created by Apply Panacea (website text, graphics, logos, videos, etc.) remain our intellectual property.
- Learning content, practice modules, and assessments provided through third-party platforms (white-label partners) remain the copyright of respective partners.
- We do not claim ownership over such content. If you believe any copyright violation occurs, please notify us at complaint@applypanacea.com for immediate corrective action.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payments made to Apply Panacea are towards services (time, expertise, and guidance), not tangible products.
- Once a service has been initiated (consultation, test access, counseling, or visa guidance), payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if considered, will only apply where no service has been initiated. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Agent, Vendor, and Partner Disclaimer
- Apply Panacea may work with authorized agents, vendors, and partners.
- Agents are not authorized to make promises or commitments beyond official communication from Apply Panacea.
- We are not responsible for misrepresentations or false assurances made by unauthorized third parties.
7. Communication Disclaimer
- Official communication from Apply Panacea will be sent only via our official email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, or contact numbers mentioned on our website.
- We are not liable for any losses due to communication with unauthorized individuals claiming association with us.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- Apply Panacea shall not be held responsible for delays, rejections, or losses caused by external factors such as embassy decisions, university rules, visa policy changes, or force majeure events.
9. Force Majeure
Apply Panacea shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: government policy changes, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, internet outages, or system failures.
10. User Conduct
- Users agree to maintain respectful communication with our team.
- Apply Panacea reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of abusive behavior, threats, or harassment.
11. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold Apply Panacea, its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- False or fraudulent information provided.
- Misuse of our services.
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Service Modification Rights
- Apply Panacea reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of its services, features, or content without prior notice.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
